Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Identification of the content removed and its previous location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification
  • Your contact details and consent to jurisdiction of applicable courts
